This product development project required 3 additional front-end software engineers with specialised Angular v13+ capability. This was to augment an existing client squad and accelerate development outcomes to meet the product release schedule in line with an aggressive release program leading up to a major AV industry event.
Leveraging the deep capability in our global Talent Hub, we immediately mobilised two skilled resources, seamlessly integrating them into the client’s project team.
To fill the remaining position, our recruitment team tapped into their global network of talent and activated a dedicated go-to market approach to source, evaluate and select exceptional software talent.
Our technical and people leadership structure, supported the resources and the client team to expedite the onboarding process to deploy, onboard, and embed multiple resources into the client's project. Delivering value to the project milestones within 3 weeks.
By leveraging resources from our Philippines team, we ensured alignment with the client's timezone and offered a cost-effective solution.
Upon project delivery, 2 resources continued to work with the client on new projects, while the other resource rolled back into our Talent Hub, ready to be deployed to other clients.
