InspireX has launched a new program that will inject much needed talent into the Salesforce ecosystem. The Force Collective provides an opportunity for university graduates and mid-career professionals who are looking for a meaningful career in technology through the Salesforce ecosystem. We believe this will play an important role in addressing the Salesforce skills shortage challenge and provide job security wage sustainability for bootcamp graduates, their families and their communities.

The Salesforce talent pool is shrinking

Because of the exponential growth and the broadness of the Salesforce ecosystem, the number of jobs expected to be created in the Salesforce ecosystem is expected to grow by 9.3 million in the next 4 years.

At a macro level, the scale of growth and adoption by new and existing customers has meant that more subject matter experts are required across a greater number of products. In the same way that new suburbs put more strain on infrastructure like public transport and schools, the rate of resource availability to support the ecosystem is not keeping pace with customer

Philippines emerging digital sector

The digital sector is a growing part of the Philippines’ economy. The country has invested in creating and developing this sector, as it has been proven to be an important driver of economic growth. The Philippines’ emergence as a leader in digital technology has created more opportunities for Filipinos, providing jobs in both IT industries as well as other areas like sales and marketing.

This investment in infrastructure and tech talent makes it an ideal place for tech companies to invest in training developers in leading software ecosystems.

Giving back to the community

Our goal through Force Collective is to give back into the community through a Salesforce Bootcamp for university graduates. This 5 month program pays graduates a living wage whilst they learn key technical and soft skills and teach students how to successfully begin a long career as a Salesforce expert.

Students who graduate from the program will obtain the following certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Either Javscript Developer 1 or Service Cloud Consultant

You’re probably aware of how important technical skills are in the salesforce ecosystem. But what about soft skills?  Alongside technical training, students learn soft skills like time managment, communication skills and interpreting business requirements.

We train our students on everything from Salesforce fundamentals, to Agile management standards and even how to communicate effectively with customers (and each other). This ensures they are best placed to be able to succeed both inside and outside the orgnisations they work within.

As a result of the training and certifications these graduates have been given a leg up in starting their careers. This can mean more sustainable wages and better job security for bootcamp graduates and their communities.

Force Collective is about injecting much needed talent into the Salesforce ecosystem

“A rising tide lifts all boats”

We’re firm believers that a global economy means more opportunity for everyone. We align strongly with the Salesforce values for Equality and Sustainability. The Force Collective is centred around meeting an acute business need of talent shortages in the Salesforce ecosystem. We’re committed to the Philippines region and have experienced first hand the raw technical talent that is available in the labour market. Our mission is to connect businesses with this talent and provide a circular economy that sees local communities and business partners benefit.
